Building on the PanTaverna experience, the pastry chef’s art and mastery have once again found a way to revisit a traditional Italian agri-food product, like the Colomba, while also highlighting one of Calabria’s most renowned local products: Aspromonte olive oil. This oil is a fundamental ingredient for reinterpreting the famous Milanese sweet, along with orange peel and almonds, all strictly of the highest quality. The result is a soft, light, and highly digestible sweet.
