Oven-Baked Leavened Sweets

Discover our selection of oven-baked leavened sweets, embodying Calabrian artisanal tradition and innovation. At Pasticceria Taverna, since 1945, we passionately craft unique products using high-quality ingredients and natural leavening processes.

The undisputed star is the PanTaverna, an innovation that combines tradition and lightness: a panettone made exclusively with extra virgin olive oil instead of butter, perfect for those seeking a genuine, digestible, and uniquely flavored sweet. The PanTaverna represents a conscious choice without sacrificing quality and flavor. Among other specialties, highlights include the Classic Panettone, soft and enriched with candied orange peel and raisins, and the Pistachio Panettone, enhanced with a delicious pure pistachio cream. During the Easter period, the Pistachio Colomba captivates the most refined palates with a rich pistachio cream filling. Shop online and let yourself be won over by the quality and tradition of our oven-baked leavened sweets, with PanTaverna as a symbol of innovation and goodness.
